Delivery Information

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At our warehouse we are busy packing your order to get it out to you as soon as possible! Once they’re picked, packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping notification letting you know it's on it's way.

Typically UK delivery will take 8-15 working days. Due to the global outbreak of water bottle and high demand, in rare cases deliveries may take up to 20 days to arrive from the day of shipment confirmation.

For international orders, we estimate delivery to be 8-15 working days, but it could be up to more weeks from date of shipment confirmation. If you have not received your parcel after this period, or you would like to know the delivery times to your country before ordering, please OOICO-WMT@outlook.com.

Please note all orders are shipped from the China and the customer is responsible for paying any relevant duties and import taxes.
